Signs Your Blanco Fence Installation Is Failing

• Gate drags or won’t latch. The Las Vegas heat cycle causes aluminum to expand nearly 1/8 inch per 8-foot section. When posts weren’t set with proper clearance, or hinges have loosened, the gate frame torques out of square. We check hinge bolt torque and post plumb before replacing anything.
• Panels rattle or clatter in wind. This usually means the U-channel gaskets have hardened or the panel-to-rail fasteners have backed off.
